Return Policy:
 
We sincerely hope you are never unhappy with a ProCare product or service.  However, if you do become dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your items for a prompt refund or exchange.
 
Please call (888) 364-2504 for a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
 
Refunds for items returned within fifteen days of the purchase date will be credited in the same manner as the original payment type. Any item returned for credit must be in the original box or pack and in a suitable condition for resale.  
 
Refunds for items returned more than thirty days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase.
 
A refund or credit cannot be made after ninety days from the date of purchase. Unless a product is defective, the original shipping or postage costs are not refundable and in some cases, a restocking charge of fifteen percent may apply.
 
Defective items may be exchanged or returned at any time up to one hundred and twenty days from the date of purchase.
 
Please mail or ship your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below. Print the RMA# on the label and place a copy in the box so we know who the return is from. Please include a brief explanation as to why you are returning the item(s).
